How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2–3 days in advance, especially during peak season (April–October). For the Colosseum Arena Tour and custom itineraries, 1–2 weeks notice is ideal.
What is your cancellation policy?
Full refund for cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled tour. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. Weather cancellations by Alpha Tours are always fully refunded.
How do I pay?
We accept payment by bank transfer, PayPal, or cash. A deposit may be required to confirm your booking for premium tours. Full payment details will be provided on confirmation.
Where do tours depart from?
All tours depart from a central Rome meeting point, which we confirm in your booking confirmation. We can often arrange hotel pick-up for VIP and full-day experiences — just ask!
